This site is a brand and product showcase. Visiting it may generate technically necessary server or access logs (e.g. IP address, time, user agent) at the hosting provider. In-browser tools on UtilKit run locally in your browser. DevNexus Advisor is a separate free utility that runs only on your own Windows PC; it is not hosted as a cloud service on this domain. There is no contact form and no user account on this domain.

In production, this site's JavaScript sends errors to Sentry in Germany. That can include the IP address, user agent, the page URL, and the error stack. Performance tracing is off. Sentry stays off in local development.

The site runs on Railway and is delivered through Cloudflare. Connection data may be processed in the United States.

We process this data under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is running the website and keeping it secure.

Hosting server logs on Railway are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically. Error reports in Sentry are kept for at most 90 days and then deleted automatically.

Where Cloudflare or Railway process connection data in the United States, that is a transfer outside the EU.

Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and complaint to a supervisory authority.
